1 Return & Exchange Timeframe

To ensure a service that meets our customers' expectations, return or exchange requests may be submitted within the following periods:

  • Return Request: Within 7 business days from the date of receiving the order
  • Exchange Request: Within 7 days from the date of receiving the order

2 Return Acceptance Criteria

To ensure your request is accepted, the product must be in the same condition as when it left our store:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Must include all original packaging, accessories, and any included gifts (if applicable)

3 Discounted & Sale Items Policy

In line with our transparency policy, discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange except in two cases only:

  • Manufacturing Defect: A clear defect in the product that was not previously mentioned
  • Wrong Item Received: The product received does not match the specifications listed in the store
💡 If the discount was applied due to a "minor defect" that was previously noted on the product page, no exchange claim can be made for that reason.

4 How to Submit a Request

We are here to make the process as easy as possible. Everything can be done remotely:

  • Provide a photo or video showing the product's condition and the reason for the return
  • Upon initial approval, we will provide a shipping label to return the product to our warehouse
💡 The exchange or refund will be processed as soon as the product arrives at our warehouse and passes the quality inspection.

5 Shipping & Logistics Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on the reason for the return:

  • Customer's Choice: If the return or exchange is due to a personal preference, the customer bears all shipping costs
  • Manufacturing Defect: If there is a defect or a wrong item was sent, Rinad Al-Tamayuz Establishment — Lavera Home bears all shipping and delivery costs

6 Refunds

We are committed to returning the due amounts within 2 to 14 business days depending on the payment method:

  • Bank Cards: The amount will be refunded to the same bank account used during the purchase
  • Installment Services (Tamara / Tabby): Amounts are settled and returned through their systems in accordance with their applicable policies
